FLAVOURED VINEGARS...

Damson, Blackberry, Lemon, Habanero Chilli, Tarragon, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Mint, Sage, Rosemary, Basil, Cucumber

(our vinegars are completely fat free, superb to liven up any salad, cold cuts of cooked meats and fish or even mixed into yoghurt or mayonnaise to make a dip)

INFUSED VINEGARS...

Rosemary & Garlic or Star Anise & Ginger

(both are in Balsamic or white wine vinegar)
